מהלחימה והעומס שבשטח אל נשימה, תנועה וחוסן - את ההתמודדות שלו הפך לדרך לחזק אחרים

משרת מילואים פעיל, ששירת למעלה מ־100 ימים במלחמת "חרבות ברזל". ההתמודדות עם עומס, לחץ ומצבי קיצון חידדה עבורו את חשיבות החוסן המנטלי והנפשי.

טל עוסק בחיבור שבין גוף לנפש באמצעות תנועה, נשימה ומיינדפולנס, ומלווה לוחמי מילואים ושורדי נובה בתהליכי חוסן והתמודדות.

לאחרונה שב משהות של כחצי שנה בתאילנד, שם העמיק בלימודי הבודהיזם ואף הוסמך כנזיר בודהיסטי.

את הדרך האישית שעבר הוא בוחר היום להפוך לכלים שמסייעים לאחרים להתחזק ולהמשיך קדימה.

Tal Zaltsman

From combat and the pressures of the field to breathing, movement and resilience — he turned his own struggle into a way to strengthen others

An active reservist who served more than 100 days during the Swords of Iron war. Coping with intense demands, stress and extreme situations brought home to him the importance of mental and emotional resilience.

Tal works at the intersection of body and mind through movement, breathing and mindfulness, supporting reserve combat soldiers and Nova survivors as they build resilience and cope with their experiences.

He recently returned from about six months in Thailand, where he deepened his study of Buddhism and was ordained as a Buddhist monk.

Today, he chooses to turn his personal journey into tools that help others grow stronger and move forward.
