Amid war and fear, she continued to build a home and bring new life into the world

She served in the Military Police and in the reserves from October 2023 to 2025. When the war broke out, she was called up to Unit 794 and later served at the Sde Teiman camp, guarding Nukhba detainees — a period marked by tension, fear and great responsibility.

While she was serving, her husband Roman fought and lost friends. Rivka dealt with her own experiences alongside constant concern for him and what he had endured in the field.

Amid all this, she and Roman married, and Rivka became pregnant for the first time during her reserve service. Today she is pregnant with their second child, and the war remains present in her life — in her emotional, family and financial struggles.
