For years he struggled alone, until he let others be there for him

He served in the IDF from 1998 to 2001. For years, he lived with pain and difficulty without understanding where they came from or realizing he needed help.

Only in recent years, through conversations with friends and family, did he begin to understand what he was going through and seek treatment. For Shmuel, the people close to him who never gave up on him played an important role in his path toward a calmer life, with less pain and suffering.

Today, he wants to remind others that even after years of facing things alone, it is possible to choose to ask for help and start again.
