מהפציעה ששינתה את חייו אל הבחירה לקום מחדש

סגן במילואים ומפקד צוות בסיירת צנחנים. במהלך הלחימה בעזה נפצע באורח קשה, ובעקבות הפציעה איבד את רגלו ועבר תהליך שיקום ממושך.

מאז בחר להפוך את מסע השיקום שלו לסיפור של חוסן והתמודדות. הוא מרצה על מנהיגות, מצוינות והיכולת לקום מחדש, ואף השתתף לצד אחיו איתי ב״המירוץ למיליון״.

הפציעה שינתה את המציאות שלו - אבל לא את הבחירה להמשיך קדימה, להציב לעצמו אתגרים חדשים ולא לתת למגבלה להגדיר אותו.

From an injury that changed his life to the choice to rise again

A lieutenant in the reserves and a team commander in the Paratroopers Reconnaissance Unit. Omri was severely wounded during the fighting in Gaza, lost his leg as a result, and underwent a lengthy rehabilitation process.

Since then, he has chosen to turn his rehabilitation journey into a story of resilience and coping. He lectures on leadership, excellence and the ability to rise again, and also took part in The Amazing Race alongside his brother Itai.

His injury changed his reality, but not his choice to keep moving forward, set himself new challenges and refuse to let his disability define him.
