One brother was wounded in battle; two set out on a journey back to life

Omri, a team commander in the Paratroopers Reconnaissance Unit, was severely wounded during the fighting in Gaza and lost his leg. Beside him throughout the long rehabilitation process was his brother Itai, who supported him through the hardest moments and on the road back to independence and life.

About two years after the injury, the two embarked on another challenge together: The Amazing Race. Their shared journey brought to the screen not only Omri’s experience of living with a physical disability, but above all the bond between two brothers who continue to stumble, get up and push each other forward.

Their journey is a story of brotherhood in its simplest and deepest sense: being there for one another, even when life changes in an instant.
