From the Yahalom Unit to a New York kitchen, Nadav's journey combines military service, reserve duty and creativity.

Married to Nitzan and father to Adam, Nadav served in the Combat Engineering Corps' Yahalom Unit and helped establish its Samur Unit. He fought in the Second Lebanon War and returned to reserve duty during Operation Protective Edge.

Over the years, he built a career far from the battlefield, yet one that also demands precision, dedication and the ability to work under pressure. Today, Nadav lives in New York and is the chef at Shmoné restaurant.

His journey from military service to the culinary world has shaped his life, connecting Israel and New York, military service and the kitchen, and his past with the career he pursues today.
