את הדרך לריפוי מצא בגלישה ובטבע
שירת בשנים 2006-2015 ביחידת K-9 של צה"ל. לאחר השירות התמודד עם פוסט־טראומה ומצא בגלישה ובטיולים בטבע דרך שעוזרת לו בתהליך ההתמודדות והריפוי.
עבור משה, אין דרך אחת נכונה להתמודד. הבחירה לדבר, לשתף ולכתוב היא חלק מהמסע שלו, וגם הסיבה שבחר לקחת חלק בתערוכה - כדי שאחרים שמתמודדים יידעו שאפשר לתת מקום למה שעוברים ולא להישאר עם זה לבד.

Moshe Ben Saadon

He found his path to healing through surfing and nature
Moshe served in the IDF's K-9 unit from 2006 to 2015. After his service, he faced PTSD and found in surfing and hiking in nature a path that helps him cope and heal.
For Moshe, there is no single right way to cope. Choosing to speak, share and write is part of his journey and the reason he took part in the exhibition: so that others facing similar struggles will know they can make room for what they are going through and do not have to face it alone.
