From Nova to reserve duty, and back to the battle for life at home

Gilor survived the October 7 attack at the Nova festival and went on to serve in the reserves. Since then, he has served 408 days across six deployments, commanding soldiers in Gaza, Lebanon and Syria.

While he fought on the front line, the environmental business he had spent years building fell into a deep financial crisis. On returning home, he found himself facing another front: rebuilding his business and his life, alongside the emotional consequences of the war.

Despite everything, Gilor continues fighting for the enterprise he built, for his family and for the chance to start again.

After 408 days of answering his country’s call, Gilor now faces the task of getting life at home back on track.
