Chief stays by his side, even when the struggle is hard

Amir served as a combat soldier in the Givati Brigade's Rotem Battalion from 1999 to 2000. Today, he lives with PTSD and receives support from organizations and programs that help people process combat experiences.

Amir says his ability to cope depends greatly on the good people he has met along the way and the connections that help him face his struggles with support.

By his side is Chief, his dog, who has become a significant anchor in everyday life and an inseparable part of his journey.
